Order Issues & Questions
I submitted an order but it was rejected.
An order can be rejected for a variety of reasons. A credit card may have reached its limit or the card may have
expired. Also, the information you entered on the order may have been rejected.
You need to carefully enter in all the required information on the order form exactly as stated. Remember to:
Enter in your address exactly as recorded on your bank statement.
Double check for errors in the credit card number.
Make sure that you are selecting the correct expiration date for the card.
Make sure you are selecting the correct card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
Enter in a complete and valid phone number.
