How much does the service cost?
Our model is simple. We only make money when you do. You pay 8.9% of the order total for each order (with a minimum commission of just 89 cents!) - thats it!
We do not have any sign-up fees, no monthly fees, no fees for refunds or chargebacks, and we refund any commissions we collected for orders that are refunded. Sounds good? Sign up today! TOP
When are payments sent?
Payments are sent out on the 15th of each month. Included in a commission check is the developer commission for all the
sales in the month prior to the month the check is sent.
For example, a check sent on January 15th would include all a
developer's commission from the month of December. TOP
Is it possible to receive payment only after a certain amount of money?
Yes. If it is more convenient for you to receive your commission payments only after accumulating a certain amount of money in your account
just configure your preference under My Profile> Payment Information after you login to your account. TOP
How will you send me my money?
We offer several options to fit your needs. You can receive your money by a standard business check, direct deposit (US only), international
wire transfer, or through our innovative ATM Payment Card option. TOP
Are orders processed in real time?
Absolutely. A customer will know whether or not their purchase was accepted less than 10 seconds after they hit the purchase button.
Your customers will not need to wait for us to manually process the order for them; if you have setup your products to be delivered
by Emetrix after the customer's purchase, the customer will receive the product just seconds after the order is submitted. TOP
Can I process a test order to see how the ordering process works?
Yes. After signing up and setting up your products, you can run test transactions at your convenience to see how the order process works.
Specific instructions are provided in Developer Administration. TOP
Can I customize the customer email confirmations?
While it is not possible to alter the order receipt that is sent to the customer, you can choose to have a completely custom email sent to the customer at the time of
a successful order.
This email is sent as a separate message and is received at the same time as the order receipt.
This email appears as if it was sent from you directly. TOP
How quickly are order confirmations sent to me?
As soon as a customer submits an order, the credit card is authorized and billed by Emetrix. The email confirmations are instantly generated to the customer and
the developer. If you have chosen to have Emetrix fulfill any part of the order, they are fulfilled in the Emetrix email confirmation.
The orders given on the Sales Stats page are presented in real time. As soon as an order is approved, it is available for you to view. TOP
Will Emetrix supply a full version download the my customers?
Yes, we do offer complete and secure electronic software delivery of full version products to customers. TOP
Will Emetrix generate my registration codes if I supply a key generator?
Yes, you can have your registration codes generated automatically when orders are processed. TOP
Does Emetrix collect a minimum commission for each order processed?
Emetrix collects 8.9% of the order total or 89 cents (USD) for every order processed by a customer, whichever is greater. TOP
Does Emetrix require an exclusive contract?
