How does the order process work?
When a customer submits an order, it is immediately sent to a remote bank network for authorization. Authorization is either granted or denied within seconds.

When an order is authorized for billing, the customer is immediately taken to a receipt page confirming their order. A copy of the receipt is also sent to them by email. A confirmation of the order is also immediately sent to you.

If you have chosen to have Emetrix provide the order fulfillment automatically, download links and/or registration codes are sent to the customer in the email receipt.

You can also configure a custom email to be sent from you at the time the order is completed, giving you the opportunity to provide the customer with any helpful information you see fit. This can be configured and changed at any time in Developer Administration.

Besides online order processing, customers can place orders by phone (toll free), fax, or purchase order. These services are provided at no additional cost.

Ordering through Emetrix is smooth and efficient, creating a very professional process that your customers will trust.
